ONLINE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

If you are using this online grant management system for the first time, please click the Create New Account button to the left. NOTE: You will not need to enter in an email address or password prior to clicking on Create New Account.


If you are returning to edit or complete a previous submission, please fill out the email address and password you set up previously and click Log On.


Units who wish to participate in the National Programs and Commendable Awards MUST register in the online grant management system.

To start an application in our new grant management system:

Create A New Account. As a first time user, you will be required to create a new account. This username and password is unique to the grant management system and is not the same as your KPCMMS login username and password.

Communication Process. All communications regarding your grant or award application will be exclusively via e-mail using the e-mail provided during the registration process.

Determination Process. Your online application will be reviewed for compliance with the specified criteria as stated in the program guidelines. Final award decisions on all grant and award applications area made by the appropriate committees.
